A Treat From Far Away

Tonight we got to experience a tasty treat from the other side of the world.  Daddy works with friends from India and one brought back some foods for us to try.  We aren't sure of the names of what we tried but if daddy gets a chance he will find out and we will update the post.


First we searched for India on the globe


Elayna needed some help




Very Pretty!


Not sure at first...




Then...Yum!  They are very good!


Anna liked them best. 
 It was fun to try something new.

    the one in TRIANGLE SHAPE are called STUFFED KAJU KATLI, the one in BALL SHAPE is called LADDU.
    the one in circle share is called BADHUSHA :)

    How wonderful! It is fun to try new foods, especially from other countries. I know that is one of the things Christopher really enjoyed as he traveled around the globe. He ate Korean, Vietnamese, Middle eastern, and I am sure many others that I can't remember.

    (Clara is really looking a lot like Kylie! We were just talking about her birthday coming up. Is she going to be 11?)
